Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking part-time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit across multiple local stores.

You will visit stores, follow DSD merchandising principles, capture display photos, rotate stock, and ensure brand standards while delivering friendly service to store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Use Salesforce to communicate store-level insights and issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: lifting, bending, and moving product as needed.
