Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!. You will work in-store, rotate products, and ensure brand standards across your stores in a flexible schedule environment.

Responsibilities include in-store representation, customer facing service, executing promotions, documenting via mobile tools, and maintaining strong relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising expertise with shelf stocking, rotations and display execution.
• Customer service focus for store teams and shoppers.
• Comfort with mobile tools and apps to follow schedules and capture photos.
• Ability to build trust with store personnel and communicate with RTMs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales with new product launches and high visibility merchandising.
• Communicate store insights to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and movement of products.
