This role emphasizes a hands-on, in-store presence with a focus on merchandising execution, safe lifting, and flexible availability (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday).

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising expertise in shelf stocking and displays
• Customer service mindset for store teams and shoppers
• Comfort using mobile tools to follow schedules and capture photos
• Ability to build trust with store personnel and communicate effectively
• Flexible, proactive attitude to respond to store needs and promotions
• Physically capable of lifting/moving products during shifts

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capture photos
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce
• Stay safe and compliant with physical duties of the role
