Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work in-store with a flexible schedule and play a key role in delivering appealing snack displays to shoppers.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, executing promotions, and using Salesforce to report store-level insights.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment; lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs push/pull.
• Live within 25-35 miles of primary location: Folsom, PA; secondary location Marcus Hook, PA.
• Schedule availability: Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capture display photos via Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs and retail teams.
