Mondelēz International is seeking Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. The role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, ensuring a snack aisle that is organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers.

You will work with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are stocked and displayed, visiting stores, taking display photos, and building strong relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits and capture display photos per DMI guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain brand standards.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays per plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM).
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Share store-level insights via Salesforce with RTM and retail team.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
