Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Snack Shop Captain to oversee daily operations of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli in our Springfield location. You will lead staff, ensure excellent customer experience, and maintain appearance and presentation across the unit.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 6 months of restaurant management experience, including beer, wine and liquor service. You will implement safety, sanitation, and SOPs while guiding team performance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of restaurant management experience and familiarity with serving beer, wine, and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Oversee appearance and presentation of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli.
• Direct and lead all employees to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and sanitation standards; complete SOPs and operational procedures.
