Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to guide department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. You will implement directives, maintain planograms, and support staffing and training under GSM/DM supervision.

You’ll coach staff toward high customer service standards, participate in performance reviews, and ensure a positive, productive team environment while driving sales and company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail supervisory experience (2–4 years) is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct department associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain planograms, pricing, and UPC integrity as directed.
• Staff the department and coordinate training with HR/GM input.
• Prepare weekly schedules and coach team for productivity.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in making buying decisions.
