Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, Alabama, is seeking a Snack Shop Captain to oversee daily operations of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli, focusing on appearance, customer experience, and leadership.

You will ensure compliance with policies, food safety and SOPs, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service. Experience in restaurant management and beer/wine/liquor service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies and laws.
• Maintain knowledge of the full food and beverage menu and its preparation.
• Enforce safety and sanitary practices and maintenance.
• Complete relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items) and Systems in Place.
• Exercise good judgment and make appropriate decisions.
