Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily tasks including merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service. You will support the Group Sales/Department Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining a high standard of service.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2–4 years of retail supervisory experience. Proficiency with POS, inventory systems, and data reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures, discounts and percentages; read and analyze reports.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and provide daily direction.
• Assist in interviewing and training of associates; schedule weekly shifts.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, plan-o-grams and merchandising directives.
• Ensure a legendary customer experience through product knowledge and service.
• Coordinate events and staff during peak periods and promotions.
