Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Snack Shop Captain to oversee the daily operations of the snack shop, coffee shop or deli, including appearance, customer experience, and leadership for all staff. You will ensure compliance with standards and policies while maintaining quality and service.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverage menus, safety and sanitation practices, and the ability to guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of restaurant management experience; experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor

• Ensures compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
• Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire operations.
• Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).
• Completes all relevant Systems in Place.
• Exercises good judgement and makes appropriate decisions
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

• Demonstrates knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
• Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for the entire operations.
• Completes all relevant SOPs (compliance and procedural items).
• Completes all relevant Systems in Place.
• Exercises good judgement and makes appropriate decisions
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 6 months of restaurant management experience; experience in serving and managing beer, wine and liquor
