Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and ready for shoppers.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong customer service, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Provide outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights via Salesforce to RTM and retail teams.
• Stay Safe & compliant while handling products in a fast-paced environment.
