Mondelēz International is hiring Part-Time Merchandisers to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will work with the RTM to ensure our products are visible, properly displayed, and consumer-ready across assigned stores.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits per DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Adhere to safety requirements, including lifting and moving products.
