Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine across designated NC stores with a flexible weekend schedule.

The role emphasizes merchandising excellence, strong store relationships, and hands-on execution, including lifting and moving product as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Franklin, NC; secondary location Hayesville, NC.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and commitment to excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DMI merchandising principles, including photographing displays.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Set up promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Report store-level insights to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Maintain safety and comply with physical requirements of the role.
