Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands shine across assigned stores with a flexible schedule and hands-on impact.

Responsibilities include merchandising, scheduling, and building relationships with store teams while adhering to DSD principles. This role requires physical activity and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; push/pull up to 50 lbs; move products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of National City, CA.
• Schedule includes weekends/holidays; 6:00 AM start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by your RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities via Salesforce.
• Work safely, lifting and moving products as required.
