Job summary

NEOTech seeks an SMT assembler to operate the SMT line in Longmont, CO for a 2nd shift. You will set up the screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven, load feeders, verify part numbers, and follow process sheets to ensure correct board builds.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, IPC-610 knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with IPC-DVE-64C component identification.
• IPC-A-610 modules 1, 2, 4, 7 & 8 knowledge or certification.
• Microsoft Office/computer skills helpful.
• Familiarity with SMT operations equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD requirements and board handling.
• Follow MSD handling per MSL for components.
• Use process sheets to ensure correct build of product.
• Load feeders for surface mount machines using the provided list.
• Verify correct part numbers for the job being run.
• Set up programs for SMT screen printer, pick and place, and reflow.
• Select stencil screens for screen printing operations.
• Comply with ISO and quality management standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Operate stencil cleaning and board cleaning processes.
• Support 6S and safety policies and procedures.
