Responsibilities include loading feeders, verifying part numbers, and maintaining compliance with ESD, MSD, IPC-A-610, and ISO procedures.

The role requires attention to process sheets, stencil selection, machine maintenance, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating SMT lines and understanding process sheets.
• Follows IPC-A-610 and ESD standards in production.
• Works with MSD handling per component requirements.
• Verifies correct parts and loads feeders per job spec.
• Uses setup sheets to program SMT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT line equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place machines, and reflow oven.
• Load feeders and verify part numbers for each job.
• Initiate correct programs and select stencil screens for printing.
• Adhere to ESD, MSD and IPC-A-610 standards and ISO procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on SMT equipment as scheduled.
• Maintain clean boards and support 6S and quality systems.
