Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking a Manufacturing SMT Operator to set up and run the SMT line, including the screen printer, pick-and-place machines and the reflow oven. You will load feeders, verify part numbers and ensure devices are assembled to specification.

The role requires high attention to ESD and IPC‑A‑610 standards, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow process sheets. A High School diploma or GED and 6–12 months electronics experience are preferred; ITAR/CUI compliance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months electronics experience preferred.
• Pass IPC quality standards and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up SMT line equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place machines and reflow oven.
• Load feeders, verify part numbers and initiate correct machine programs.
• Adhere to ESD and IPC‑A‑610 standards and follow process sheets.
• Perform preventative maintenance on SMT equipment and keep boards clean.
