NEOTech in Longmont, Colorado seeks an entry-level SMT assembler for trolley setup and basic line work. You will read detailed instructions, handle parts on feeders and trolleys, and learn to troubleshoot equipment while maintaining high accuracy. This role emphasizes manual dexterity, teamwork, and adherence to strict procedures on site.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic computer use, and strong attention to detail. ITAR/CUI compliance requires U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow detailed work instructions.
• Must stand at a work station all day with dexterity.
• Must be able to put parts on feeders and then on the trolley in the correct slots.
• Must learn to troubleshoot equipment and tape issues.
• Must perform “splicing” of parts together in the correct format.
• Fill out paperwork and sign off on all required areas, legibly.
• Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work on repetitive tasks with repetitive motions daily.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.
• Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.
• Must verify (audit) the work of others.
• Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.
• Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.
• Must pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen.
