NEOTech is seeking an SMT Technician to operate and set up surface-mount equipment on the production line in Westborough, MA. You will manage screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and the reflow oven, ensuring correct programs and profiles are applied.

Responsibilities include adhering to ESD and MSD guidelines, loading feeders, verifying part numbers, performing preventative maintenance, and following ISO and IPC-A-610 standards to deliver quality printed circuit boards.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of electronic experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up SMT equipment including screen printer, pick-and-place, and reflow oven.
• Adhere to ESD, MSD handling, IPC-A-610 and ISO procedures.
• Load feeders, verify part numbers, and select correct programs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow 6S and quality policies.
• Follow process sheets and load machines with correct materials.
