GE Aerospace seeks a Product Safety Leader to drive the Safety Management System across manufacturing sites, ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to enterprise standards.

You will identify risks, lead investigations, and coordinate with SAT/SRB while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement. Travel up to 25% to supported GE Sites and other locations is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, alignment with enterprise SMS team and best practices.
• Facilitate Safety Risk Management (SRM) with SAT/Groups and SRB.
• Prepare and submit product safety performance reports to SMS stakeholders.
• Monitor site compliance with SMS policies and conduct safety audits.
• Support product Safety Risk Management within Change Management initiatives.
• Provide SMS/Human Factors training across all site levels.
• Share safety information and collaborate across GE sites to improve safety performance.
• Track safety metrics and drive continuous improvement; support audits.
• Implement FLIGHT DECK standards and tools as standard operating methods.
• Manage a small to medium team and influence area strategy and resource control.
• Interpret business challenges and suggest best practices to improve products/processes.
