GE Aerospace is seeking a leader to manage safety and compliance across manufacturing sites. You will own the SMS program, lead SRM activities, and ensure consistent safety performance reporting and training.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and adherence to enterprise safety standards. Travel is needed to supported sites; in-person onboarding is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree accredited college; or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years in manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS and 5+ years overall.
• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead SMS program development, implementation and maintenance at the site.
• Facilitate SRM through collaboration with SAT/SRB.
• Prepare and submit product safety performance reports.
• Monitor site-level compliance with SMS policies.
• Support product Safety Risk Management within change initiatives.
• Provide SMS and Human Factors training to employees.
• Promote product safety and drive cross-site collaboration.
• Track product safety metrics and drive improvement.
