Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, quality, compliance, or SMS.
• Experience leading safety programs and audits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Safety Management System (SMS) implementation and maintenance at the site.
• Facilitate Safety Risk Management with cross-functional teams and boards.
• Prepare safety performance reports for required review bodies.
• Monitor compliance with SMS policies and conduct audits.
• Support change management initiatives within product safety.
• Provide SMS and Human Factors training across the site.
