Responsibilities

• Be the Pit Master on the sales floor with a focus on smoked meat excellence.
• Interact with guests and hosts to create a fun, engaging environment.
• Ensure Smokehouse staff provide friendly, engaging service.
• Engage guests through samples and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate superior guest service at all times.
• Perform duties outlined in the Pit Master performance description.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational standards.
• Maintain product quality and sanitation per Lowes Foods standards.
• Provide guidance and training to Smokehouse staff.
