Qualifications

• Friendly and energetic personality essential.
• Ability to engage guests and have fun.
• Willingness to perform in front of large crowds.
• Able to multitask and work well with others.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in meat cutting or culinary background preferred.
• Knowledge of deli and meat department operations.
• Excellent communication, guest service, and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service.
• Engage guests with Smokehouse samples and storytelling.
• Operate department to merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in department.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking, and guest service.
• Maintain HACCP info logs as needed.
• Perform light meat cutting duties as needed.
• Perform PA announcements.
• All other duties assigned by management.
