Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform in front of crowds in the Smokehouse.
• Ability to multitask and work with others.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in meat cutting or culinary background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, friendly, engaging service.

• Operate the department to maintain merchandising and standards.
• Ensure product quality and department sanitation.
• Perform light meat cutting and preparation tasks as needed.
• Make PA announcements and assist with guest service.
