ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated and goal-oriented SMB Sales Representative to join our growing team here at Sortly. You’ll play a vital role in driving revenue from small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by managing the full sales cycle—from outreach to close. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is excited to grow in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for SMB customers, focusing on our Advanced, Ultra, and Premium tiers
  • Engage and convert high-intent inbound leads through product fit calls (PFCs), using our RASS (Rep-Assisted Self Serve) process to close deals on the spot
  • Cold call and re-engage free users, closed-lost prospects, and churned customers with targeted outreach strategies
  • Participate in events as the “boots on the ground,” generating pipeline, strengthening brand presence, and identifying new sales opportunities in person
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a smooth and value-driven customer journey
  • Keep meticulous records of lead activity, opportunity stages, and deal outcomes in our
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role (SaaS experience a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and learning about their workflows and pain points
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple conversations
  • Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

Compensation:

Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
On-target earnings (OTE) potential: approximately $24,000 annually

The salary band outlined above reflects compensation levels that are competitively benchmarked based on geographic location. Where an individual may fall within this band is determined by market data specific to their location, ensuring fairness and alignment with our compensation philosophy.
