Job summary

Optimum in Bethpage, NY is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue by managing client accounts, building relationships, and closing deals in an assigned territory. You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and regional sales to ensure seamless onboarding and strong post-sale satisfaction while staying current on product offerings and market trends.

The role requires 2–3 years of SMB field sales, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license; base pay plus uncapped

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2-4 years of college preferred.
• 2–3 years of field sales to SMBs.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer/tech skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying opportunities.
• Present products and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell.
• Manage CRM for opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales Managers.
