Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, PC tools, and billing software systems.

• Ensure staffing, performance, and training readiness of sales professionals.
• Develop business plans with team members and coordinate promotions to meet goals.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and produce accurate revenue forecasts.
• Coach and motivate reps to achieve objectives and ensure ongoing training.
