Job summary

WOW! is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Sales to lead a team of Field Sales Managers and drive revenue growth across our Business portfolio. You will set strategy, coach leaders, and ensure achievement of sales objectives in enterprise and SMB markets.

In this role you will manage budgets, forecast performance, and develop talent while collaborating with Commercial Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize territory effectiveness. Frequent travel to customer locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams and achieving revenue objectives in enterprise/SMB.
• Experience developing sales strategies, forecasts, and performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Sales Managers responsible for SMB and enterprise sales across WOW! Business portfolio.
• Own revenue and expense budgets to achieve profit margins and EBITDA.
• Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and set quotas and budgets.
• Coach and develop Sales Managers and Representatives to exceed objectives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to maximize territory effectiveness.
