Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coach, lead and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Spend 80% of time in the field supporting the team and 20% on office duties.
Develop and maintain territorial plans while tracking individual sales goals.
Resolve customer issues impacting sales operations and maintain efficiency.
Organize regular team meetings to communicate tools, processes and product updates.
Recruit, train and coach Account Executives including performance reviews and training compliance.
