Job summary

Flywire is hiring a motivated SMB Account Manager to deliver and execute our payments solution for small-to-medium partner institutions. You’ll use data to understand client needs, drive engagement, and expand value with existing products, while partnering with Sales to close new opportunities.

This hybrid role supports onboarding, operational challenges, and client renewals. Expect collaboration across Client Operations, webinars and events, and ongoing development of the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience managing client relationships and/or success/support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Use data to understand client profiles, needs and goals at scale.
• Execute scalable strategies to retain and expand partnerships.
