Job summary

T-Mobile’s Account Executive, Business Sales role seeks ambitious, results-driven sales professionals to build stellar customer relationships and bring T-Mobile products to underserved markets.

This hunter role targets new accounts in a defined geographic territory, exceeding monthly sales targets through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value; recommend wireless solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop prospecting, call execution, and relationship-management skills.
• Utilize sales automation, manage funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
• Grow the customer base within a territory model.
