Job summary

Goodshuffle Pro in the United States is expanding its sales team and seeks hands-on sellers who can own the full cycle from qualification to close. You’ll leverage AI to streamline admin and focus on building genuine relationships with event pros across markets near you.

Expect to travel to nearby trade shows, meet prospects in person, and hit revenue targets while growing a scalable pipeline through community presence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience (SDR to early AE or transferable skills).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or French.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• New Business: Own full sales cycle, ramp to quota within 2 quarters, build pipeline through events and vertical relationships.
• Lead Development: Source 25% of pipeline via outbound, referrals, and AI workflows while qualifying with DRIVE methodology.
• Funnel Efficiency: Improve demo-to-close rates, manage a disciplined pipeline, deliver accurate forecasts.
• Market Expertise: Develop knowledge in 2–3 event verticals and use AI tools to maximize relationship-building time.
