Job summary

EchoStar is actively seeking a Home Installation Technician to visit customers’ homes and install and service DISH equipment and smart home products. You will educate customers on how to use the tech and offer additional services when helpful.

You’ll travel to customer sites, keep a neat work area, and stay connected with the team while delivering a high-quality, side-by-side experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required to drive company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Build trust and create a great customer experience.
• Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
