EchoStar is hiring Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home solutions in customers’ homes, delivering a world-class customer experience. You will educate customers on new technology and grow our services while maintaining professionalism on every visit.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to travel and work various shifts, and physical ability to climb ladders and lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required due to driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Able to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; weight limit of 335 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
