Job summary

EchoStar is looking for a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will teach customers how to use the technology and explore additional services when helpful, while maintaining a clean workspace and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include working independently with occasional team coordination, and adapting to various home environments. Employment includes paid training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
