EchoStar is hiring Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will be trained to deliver a world-class customer experience and educate customers on smart home tech.

You’ll travel to customer sites, work independently yet stay connected with the team, and enjoy structured career growth, pay progression, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle travel.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus to build trust and great experience.
• Problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges.
• Determination to work in tight spaces and adverse weather.
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently but connected with the team.
