Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a skilled Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll educate customers on using the tech and upsell when helpful, while maintaining a professional, safety‑minded approach.

You’ll travel to customer sites with a company van, receive paid training and comprehensive benefits, and have opportunities for career growth as you deliver world‑class service.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to customer sites.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Physical requirements include climbing ladders up to 40 ft and lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
