Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit sites, resolve issues, and educate customers on how to use their new tech.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft), lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently.
• Collaborate with team as needed.
