Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a friendly field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You will visit residences, solve tech issues, and educate customers on usage, promoting additional services where appropriate.

Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities are essential, as is flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays. Training is provided and a company van, tools, and uniforms are supplied.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record.
• Schedule flexibility; travel as needed; evenings/weekends/holidays possible.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; weight limit 335 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
