Job summary

ADT, the #1 smart home security provider in the U.S., is seeking a Residential Service Technician in Virginia to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation systems at homes or small businesses.

You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting customers at their homes or businesses, and will provide solutions while ensuring proper protection. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Service experience required.
• Technical aptitude required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow wired/wireless procedures and connection protocols.
• Test signals with central monitoring to establish service.
• Provide customer service by helping customers understand protection at home.
• Work with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions.
