Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, seeks a Field Service Technician/Professional to install and support smart home technology while identifying upgrade opportunities at customer sites.

You will combine technical work with sales, training, and customer education, typically supporting a 4/10 schedule with paid training, a company vehicle, and ongoing coaching within a national team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service-based sales is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Technical aptitude in home automation is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home equipment.
• Evaluate homes and recommend upgrades or services on-site.
• Educate customers on system usage and safety.
