Vivint Smart Home, an NRG Energy owned company, seeks a Field Service Technician/Professional to install, service and upsell smart home tech at customer sites. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering security cameras, smart locks and home automation with a strong emphasis on customer value and safety.

We offer paid training, a take-home company vehicle and gas card, uncapped commission, and a 4/10 workweek.

Qualifications

• Sales-minded with experience in retail or service sales.
• Strong customer rapport and integrity.
• Technical aptitude in home install projects helpful.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Installing and servicing smart home devices on customer sites.
• Troubleshooting and configuring home automation systems.
• Educating customers on system operation and safety.
• Identifying upgrade opportunities during visits.
