Job summary

Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Technician/Professional to install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customers’ peace of mind.

You will be the face of Vivint, delivering technical excellence and consultative sales from on-site visits while building lasting customer relationships. Training is provided, and the role includes a 4/10 schedule with a company vehicle and gas card.

Qualifications

• Attitude-based hiring; sales and technical aptitude required.
• Ability to sell upgrades or services on-site while maintaining customer trust.
• Driver's license with clean record and ability to pass licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot Vivint smart home devices.
• Consultatively sell upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
• Educate customers on system use and safety features.
• Pursue internal growth through coaching and leadership training.
