Vivint Smart Home, an NRG-owned company, is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, service, and sell smart home solutions with a focus on customer protection and peace of mind. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering cutting-edge technology while identifying opportunities to upgrade solutions on-site.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in retail, B2C, insurance, or service-based sales is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customers is essential.
• Experience in cable/satellite installation, pest control, construction, or solar industries is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, pass background and licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices (cameras, locks, automation).
• Evaluate homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Educate homeowners on system usage to maximize protection.
• Participate in coaching and leadership development within the national organization.
