Job summary

Vivint Field Service Professionals install, service, and support smart home tech at customers' residences across the United States. You will diagnose issues, perform installations, and educate customers on features while earning uncapped commissions.

The role includes a take-home vehicle, gas card, tools, and company devices. A four-day, 10-hour schedule with Saturdays, paid drive time, and licensing requirements will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background investigation and pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to meet licensing requirements under applicable law.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrate integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn and use technology.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every appointment.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade equipment or services and increase earnings.
