Job summary

Vivint Field Service Technicians install cutting-edge smart home technology and proactively identify upgrades to provide customers with total peace of mind. You will be the face of Vivint, delivering on-site service, troubleshooting, and building trusted relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

A Sales Mindset: Experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales is a major plus.
Customer First Attitude: Ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
Technical Aptitude: Experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
