Vivint Smart Home, an NRG owned company, is seeking a Field Service Professional to install and service cutting-edge smart home technologies. You will build trusted customer relationships, diagnose issues, and drive additional earnings through uncapped commissions.

Expect a four-day, 10-hour schedule with on-site work, paid driving time, and licensing support. Take-home vehicle, tools, and a comprehensive benefits package accompany strong safety and customer-service expectations.

Qualificações

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Able to pass licensing requirements under applicable law.

Responsabilidades

• Install and service smart home security, thermostat and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Educate customers on product features and functionality.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every appointment.
• Conduct onsite evaluations to sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
• Maintain quality, safety and installation standards.
• Manage daily appointments, work orders and equipment.
• Identify service recommendations and referral opportunities.
