Vivint, a leading smart home provider, seeks a Field Service Technician/Professional to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home systems on-site. You’ll evaluate homes, recommend upgrades, and educate customers to ensure total peace of mind.

This role blends technical work with consultative sales across a national network. The position offers a four-day work week (4/10), a take-home company vehicle with a gas card, paid training, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong sales mindset and customer-first attitude are valued.
• Technical aptitude in installation and troubleshooting of smart home tech is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices on-site.
• Evaluate homes to recommend equipment upgrades and services.
• Educate customers on system use to ensure security and convenience.
