Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes, delivering a world‑class customer experience. You’ll lead customers through setup, educate them on device usage, and promote value-added services.

Expect travel as needed, flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided, with career growth opportunities and a company‑provided van and tools.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit
• Customer-focused mindset to build trust and ensure a great experience
• Strong problem-solving skills to tackle on-the-spot challenges
• Determination to work in tight spaces and various weather conditions
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and professional attitude while working independently yet staying connected with the team
